3 of them are bank owned properties and I am very please to say that we have been seeing a decrees in this number.

There are 9 properties under contract today and 3 of them are bank owned foreclosures.

In the last 3 months 21 properties sold in river bend and 4 of them have been bank owned foreclosures.

River Bend community currently has 9,1 months worth of inventory (That is if no other homes come on the market).  And this number (as bad as it looks) is much better then what we have been seeing in the past 4 years. This time in 2011 we had 107 properties listed for sale in River Bend. I am so happy to see number of foreclosures decline and hopefully we will see market condition improve with it.

This Veteran's Day, we honor those who have so bravely served this country.
America is founded on the principle of freedom, justice, and liberty for all. Our nation's soldiers serve every day to protect our country and its ideals.
On Veteran's Day, take a sacred moment to remember the those who sacrifice their lives every moment to achieve peace and democracy. ~ THANK YOU

I had pleasure over the years to work with many veterans ass well as their families!

Please rest assured that we do know that freedom is not free and that we do appreciate your sacrifices.

THANK YOU

Tomorrow, in honor of Veterans Day, all veterans and active members of the military can use their military I.D. to gain free admission to Tryon Palace and receive discounts for their families. Please share with everyone you know, especially those at MCCS Cherry Point, MCCS Camp Lejeune, Fort Bragg, N.C., MCCS New River, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base and beyond!
